Resetting Customer Account Password
Guide on resetting a your Billing Manager password
Follow these steps to reset your password using the Forgot Your Password option from the CUSTOMER ACCOUNT CENTER ACCESS login page. The Customer Account Center Access allows you manage your billing and payment information as well as allow you to make payments.
Note: If you can't remember your MSI Account# please reach out to our support team for more help. You can reach out to customerservice@membersolutions.com

From the main login page click on Forgot Password

- You'll be prompted to input your MSI Account# and email address to receive a forgot password email. Once you've entered both continue by clicking Submit

- You should receive an email containing a new password from system@membersolutions.com. You can use that password to log into the CUSTOMER ACCOUNT CENTER ACCESS, it is strongly recommended that you set a new password once you login using the Update Account page.
