Track inactive members and reasons for deactivation.

Inactive Members Report

Keep track of members that have deactivated accounts with your business, as well as the reasons why these accounts have been deactivated.

  1. Click Reports

  2. Click Inactive Members

  3. Select date range

  4. Search by member name, or leave blank

  5. Select staff member, or leave at All

  6. Select Appointment type, or leave at All

  7. Click Search
