Hide Member ID

There are many places that the member ID# is visible:

On the member profile
On the member search screen
On the check in screen
On the invoice
On the Add a member to an appointment screen
If you want all member IDs to be private, to avoid having one member use another ID for booking, checking in, or adding items to an account, you can now turn on an option to Hide Member ID. When this is set the member ID will only show XXXXX.
