Actions that can be performed in APS with or without changes in myVolo via adjustments.

The following actions can still be performed in APS, but will require that changes be made in myVolo via adjustments.

  • Cancel

  • Adjust Due date

  • Adjust price

  • Waive Fees

  • Close open invoice

The following actions can still be performed in APS and will not require that changes be made in myVolo via adjustments

  • Make payment

  • Waive Fees (only unpaid fees. If fees have been paid and principal is being waived, an adjustment in myVolo is required)
